## [Administration for Schools Amid AI](https://stonearch.ai/programs/administration-for-schools-amid-ai)

For School & District Leaders

“Is the process broken — or does it just need redesign?”

3-day hands-on cohort · 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM each dayBook 5 seats from the same school or district and the 6th seat is free.

### Who it's for

Principals, assistant principals, and district administrators who want their team's actual daily work — budgets, scheduling, communications, compliance — done faster and better, not just "introduced to AI."

### What you'll leave with

- **The WIDGET framework** — Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, Tenacity — a repeatable structure for deciding whether a workflow needs a remodel or a redesign.
- **Randy Smasal's LIFT change-management model** — the Elephant, the Rider, and the Path — for leading your team through the adoption, not just announcing it.
- **2–3 of your own real administrative workflows redesigned** — budgets, scheduling, staff communication, compliance reporting — using Gemini and Claude.
- A working **custom AI assistant** built around your own context, plus a **90-day implementation roadmap** with named vital behaviors and success measures.
